What Is The Turnaround Time?
For most cases, we offer a 7-day turnaround time with traditional impressions and models. For digital cases, the turnaround time is 5 days. However, there is a time difference depending on the complexity of the cases.
For less frequent shipments, we suggest dentists allow a 12-day turnaround. For question cases, the production time could be extended. Routine inspections in Customs could happen, even though it is infrequent.
What Are The Shipping Costs?
You always pay for shipping to us. We pay for the return shipping only if the value of your cases equals or exceeds $600 USD. If not, we charge $40 to ship back to you.
How Can I Be Sure You Use Quality Materials?
Blind Tiger Dental Supply only uses CE-marked or FDA-approved materials.

Is There A Minimum Order?
There is no minimum order. However, orders over $600 receive free return shipping.

Is There A Warranty?
There is a 5-year warranty for fixed restorations and a 1-year for removable restorations. We handle remakes/refunds on a case-by-case basis. Any refund or damages shall be limited to the amount of the commercial invoice.
